Feedback gevenI visited this coffee shop daily until the last few weeks. I would get the same item each time and the staff would recognize me and already be preparing my drink by the time I got to the window. nThe drink I always got was $3.16 from the time Canal took over from the Human Bean. In a one week span the same drink went from $3.16 to $4.16 to $4.84. I completely understand inflation but this is a little crazy
They are relatively quick compared to their competitors but they are quite frequently out of main ingredients that go in many of their drink options so there's a fairly limited menu at times Seems to be an ordering issue, not a supply problem. They also have so much turnover in staff that drinks are inconsistently made and almost never taste like the last time you ordered, which is crazy considering how expensive they are. When it was Human Bean, the drinks were much more consistent and they had a better menu.
This is a great coffee shop. I really enjoy their hot chocolate. I like how they serve chocolate covered coffee beans with coffee orders. This is a great place to get coffee!
Wrong drink after long wait. Not the mangonada smoothie!
Better than Starbucks! This company does it right! They are fast, kind and unique.I visited today 4/25 around 855am. They were busy but everything was incredibly smooth. My latte was scrumptious. I like to try something new each time and they never disappoint.I believe one of the biggest positives about Human Bean is the individuality. It feels like A coffee shop, not just a company. The employees seem like they can be themselves. I've been in the restaurant industry for 17 years. It is crucial for a employees and a company to maintain a sense of individuality. The places where everyone looks, Dresses and speaks the same have a tendency to fail. This follows the same with business models.Human bean is a different. It feels local and diverse. That is a huge perk for me.
