Chick-fil-a - Gastonia

The fries were cold and barely touched. While the service was good as always and the food was served quickly, it just wasn't a great day overall.

A few days ago, I visited this restaurant and was informed that they can no longer serve their waffelfries crispy. They arrived only partially cooked and were not browned at all.

I've been enjoying Chick-fil-A's chicken biscuit for breakfast for as long as I can remember, and it has always been melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and it still is. Another favorite of mine is the 4-count chicken minis. However, it seems the chicken in the minis has changed a bit. The pieces appear smaller and aren't as tender as they used to be. In fact, the last three times I ordered them, they tasted different each time. I would likely eat at Chick-fil-A even if the food wasn’t great, simply because of the inviting atmosphere. Unlike many other fast-food places that open in neighborhoods, Chick-fil-A stands out as a welcoming option.

Was always one of my favourites to eat, but was not aware that she served glass in her chicken sandwich. Thank you, I chased it before I swallowed it. I called, but the lil manager never offered an apology, but was quick to say that 's strange because we don't have some glass in the kitchen! I will never go back to Gastonia-Location! the worst!

Typically Chick Fil A 's food and service doesn 't suck. But this location does. The manager that was running the drive thru line must have been drunk,high, or was fixing to be fired and didn 't care cause they made the drive thru line chaotic instead of smooth. But it is Gastonia and I guess they can only hire the local degenerates that apply so this location is a product of its trashy environment.
