I have to say no to this place. I ordered an oat milk espresso and simply asked to have it iced. The woman with glasses and red/pink hair made it clear that all espresso drinks are iced. When I got my drink, it tasted like dirty water with melted ice cubes. No thank you! I returned to ask for an iced chai instead. The girl grabbed my old drink without a word or acknowledgment. I appreciate the chai, but we won't be coming back! When the customer service, attitude, and drink quality all fall short, I'm not interested! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service used to be fast (early mornings). My past three orders were a huge waste of time and money. I usually place my mobile order 15 minutes ahead and it seems to work fine. However, lately I've been doing this+waiting 20 minutes+NOT getting the order... This location obviously has a problem Try to avoid whenever possible Service: 1

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 grande hot chocolates with whipped cream. Understandable the whipped cream melted before we received the drink, not understandable is the lack of chocolate in the cups of hot milk we received. Gross. Smoked bacon sandwich was okay Impossible sausage sandwich was awful—new recipe? Old one was great. Service was cheerful! Food: 3 Service: 5
