Feedback gevenThis is the slowest Subway I’ve ever been to. They seriously need to train their employees better. With only two customers in line, it shouldn’t take almost 30-45 minutes to be served when they have staff on duty. I won’t be returning to this location; I’ll go to the one at the water tower instead.
First, I want to note that I rarely give positive reviews, but this Subway location really impressed me. I hadn't visited since 2020, even though I moved to the area back in 2015. I went there yesterday, and it felt like coming home. The staff who helped me were incredibly sweet and friendly. I can honestly say they were the nicest girls I've ever encountered at this place. Because of that experience, I’m definitely going back today! Also, the cookies were soft and fresh, unlike the hard and dry ones I had in the past. I just wish the other items on the menu were as good!
I waited 40 minutes for a sandwich! When I arrived, there was just one person ahead of me, but after I placed my online order, they started taking orders from walk-in customers and completely forgot about mine. This place really needs more staff to handle online orders and at least two people for walk-in customers. I usually don't complain much, but I have to say I was disappointed in the experience overall. Was the food worth it?
I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but this location could definitely use some customer service skills. we felt very fast, the woman who seemed responsible, only thought that we wanted all foot lengths and got an attitude over every little ding. I asked for additional pickles and wanted to pay the additional fee, but instead the dame jumped in to “draw” me in a very controversial wise that I already got extra and would have to pay .50 for each side of my foot long sub (which I said I didn’t introduce it.) just a negative experience, I have covid made the dinge hard, but as nurse I could never offer me a right rude. will not be back to this place.
Female employee were VERY rude and unwelcoming. One of them gave me attitude because I mistakenly said medium drink instead of small and apparently that was very difficult to change in the machine. She gave up on ringing us and asked the other lady to finish checking us out. The other lady was rude if not worse. She was cutting me off when I spoke and spoke is a very aggressive tone as to show us her annoyance. The other lady was commenting to the other how we were trying to use “too many” coupons. Definitely not coming back to this location.
