I called to inform them that our child was given spicy chickening fuggets in their meal and the manager “Bobbi” immediately confrontationally told me that it was impossible that we received spicey nuggets as they had sold out of them. very rude and obviously very wrong. many thanks bobbi for their great service, we will not be back again.
On Tuesday, April 5th, 2022, I paid a visit. When I arrived for lunch, there was a long wait out the door. Alyssa welcomed me with a friendly grin and was courteous. She also expressed gratitude for coming to Wendy's. Continue to do what you're doing.
We ordered 2 hamburgers and fries. The hamburger meat was old and burnt. Took them back to see if we can get new ones. They were not happy at all.
For fast food, our 2-person order took 15 minutes, only to receive an uncooked chicken sandwich, and not the spicy chicken that was ordered. Upon asking the manager if she thought it was cooked, she immediately took it away and a couple minutes later a cooked one was brought out. Still not what was ordered, but cooked. Twice we caught the girl who takes orders in the bathroom pretending to clean but really watching You Tube on her phone. A semi sat outside the drive through for over 15 min plus others. 5 people working there while one spent a lot of time making a date with two people loitering at the counter. If I held this franchise, I’d be SERIOUSLY worried about my investment!! Absolute WORST Wendy’s EVER in the 30 years I’ve eaten at them! Disgraceful.
We were there to eat about 730 or 8pm .. all of the employees were rude and more Interested in their own private conversations than customer service...forgetting customers are the reason for their paycheck! It's frustrating as a customer to feel like their conversations are more important than getting service
