Please remember to review your receipt as I was overcharged and received the wrong order. I attempted to rectify the situation but unfortunately, they made another mistake. Additionally, my food became cold while waiting. I complained to the head office but it was also a waste of time. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
My family and I have been getting delivery from this restaurant every week. However, they consistently forget to include the sauces we order or that come with the food, which is frustrating. When we tried to order delivery again a few weeks later, they only sent half of the order and the food was cold. Uber Eats only had the food for 5 minutes as we live just 2 minutes away. When we tried to complain, we were told it was Uber Eats' fault and to take it up with them. McDonald's refused to refund the food they had charged us for but not provided. After another frustrating experience, where we received a dry burger with no cheese, salad, or mayo, we have decided never to order from this branch of McDonald's again. The quality of the food and the accuracy of the orders have been consistently disappointing.
The food was amazing couldn’t ask for better staff they all did there job so well and I would happily go there again
Racist Staff Smirking Rude Unprofessional tried to order food got cut off he served someone else got to window ordered again and paid Told to wait at next window waited 25 mins totally ignored was serving other customers went to window told ten mins still nothing went inside totally racist behaviour from staff who were laughing and smirking finally gave food opened bag food was spat on disgusting behaviour totally racist
