Gela has an important and long tradition in terms of rotisserie (especially the breadcrumbs made with spinach, cooked ham, tomato and stringy cheese, practically exclusive to the City). Tonight 11 September I visited the rotisserie La Capricciosa , and I ordered a take away tray with four pieces (an arancina with ragù, an arancina with spinach and two breaded ones), spending a total of 8 euros. In fact, here each piece of rotisserie, in this period, costs two euros. I must say money well spent, because everything was really very good and well seasoned. “La Capricciosa” is in fact, in my opinion, one of the best takeaways in the city
