Ordered a 10 piece regular nugget at 11:30pm. Was given half spicy half regular. The regular were stone cold. Look, I get it being almost close, but you can’t do that. That’s lazy giving out what’s left. Only positive note of this was that I called the store and the manager offered to make it right by giving me a free 10 piece tomorrow. I don’t want a handout so I denied. I just want proper service from the Wendy’s I’ve been giving service to my whole life. Do better.
Good food. Long wait In the drive thru. Cars didn’t move for five minutes once… perhaps a problem customer?
I went through the drive through, just looking for a little pick-me-up after a rough couple of days. I wasn't expecting much, but the worker who took my order and gave me my food, Edward, was just so completely wonderful. These days workers like that are hard to come by. So often I go to restaurants or fast food places and feel so unwelcomed and unwanted, yet Edward was so kind. Their customer service was 10/10, will definitely be frequenting Wendy's more often because of that.
Not a great experience tonight. Lobby closed at 8.
