Little Caesars Pizza - Georgetown

Always through the line fast, my pizzas and bread always fresh and tasty and everyone is always so friendly. We love pizza from here

The Georgetown location is terrible. Instead of telling people that it will be awake for the pizzas that let people pay and then wait in the parking for an hour to get pizza. If they were more honest with the timing, then people can decide for themselves. I'll wait an hour and 10 minutes for three pizzas. If this is acceptable to you all, keep going. There were so many people because of the deception. Please be honest and allow people to choose whether they want to buy the pizza or not. Wait or not. You take your money and then say go to the parking lot and wait. Not good. And I think they gave one of the pizzas I ordered to another. And then the two thin crusts I ordered were very cold because they had to give a pure pepper chocolate. And then the young lady who finally brought the pizza to the car. She apologized and said they were very short employees. It was terrible, and I know you really don't care about my comments.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Found a hair in my pizza and sent my spouse back to the store to get a new pizza or a refund or something and they accuse us of lying and it was a whole ordeal. They need to fix their customer service and learn how to talk to customers. I had no reason to lie about a hair being in my pizza.

Cheapest pizza around and manager is always so chipper. I like the pizza and cookie dough brownies. Just wish they'd open the lobby already so you don't need to always wait in the drive thru, which can be very long during dinner time.

I would have given 5 stars when the pizza was fully boiled and hot as I waited to cook it. It was warm when I came home and I live 7 minutes away. The cheese was melted a little and the pepperoni didn't look so boiled if I had ordered the hot and finished. I should get that instead of the 5 meat pizza.
