Two salad shops have been able to keep in water after the big hype, their concept could not be more different. Where there are finished salads with name at Tom Sallys, you can choose from an estimated 30 ingredients and create your individual salad (yes, there are also exceptions, but later). So the basis is either noodles (white or whole grain), fresh green salad or a combination thereof (my favorite), four so-called base ingredients, a dressing according to choice and a small semmel (full grain or ciabatta). If you want more, you can book extra ingredients such as freshly fried chicken for an extra fee. The whole thing is big (with two semmals) and small and I find the price-performance ratio very good. The clear advantages and disadvantages of this concept are individuality. I really get the salad I want, but I need to remember what I like. In addition, there are noon snakes to the Neuenweg. I admire the operators with what rest and speed they do the preparation, but it costs time to have. If you want to handle this, you have the possibility of a pre-off online job (which I have never used before). What I like very much are the changing warm soups, which round off the offer, I usually take a small salad and a soup and then I am good at lunch, but not too much saturated. Buildingly, you feel very comfortable in the little Salädchen, everything is made with light wood, in front of the large shop window there is a long corner bench with pillows inside and many people take the food on site. In front of the shop window outside, in good weather there are also seats in the sun and overlooking the Sparkasse... Even if you come more often, it will not be boring, soups change, new, partly seasonal dressings and ingredients of the month like asparagus. In addition to all individuality, there are also finished salads here, these carry funny names and also change. Don't come into question for me, but should be mentioned. There are all in-drinks that you can only wish to drink from Fritz-Cola via Club-Mate. Only the coffee I cannot recommend: by having to put yourself in the snake again, no one orders and the operators are subsequently annoyed in the preparation. You can also preorder for groups and then you don't have to hire yourself, but that never came into question for me as a spontaneous eater.
Simply class : Ordinary portion made fresh to the extent that it is classified from the counter; . Special ingredients (fish, meat, special cheese, etc. from 1.50 euros, I find perfectly justified. Also the dessert dairy with cinnamon sugar absolutely top.
Very delicious fresh salad. Either simply assemble yourself or select one of the 8 pretending salads. Super great concept, friendly operation more than recommended. It's a shame that's only in water.
