Sushi Restaurant Viet Kuche - Gifhorn

The restaurant is very clean and has a very nice decor. The food was good, the crowned duck (No. 50) was unfortunately somewhat dry, but tastefully good and there were no “Asia Standard” vegetables that I appreciate very positively. Unfortunately, the appetizers (No.2) Mini Spring Rolls were not produced themselves, as the TK Spring Rolls cost from the discounter. That's why it's a point withdrawal. Conclusion: I would go to dinner again, but don't miss the Mmni Spring Rolls. The operation was a bit unmotivated today.

All the dishes I have eaten there so far were really fresh and very tasty. From sushi, fried noodles with crispy duck, pho, summer rolls and salads. The ambience is correct and the service is always attentive and friendly.
