Feedback gevenI ordered online tonight. My order stated it would be ready at 8:50 pm. It’s 9:10 pm and I’m still sitting here, waiting for my food. The sweet pork wasn’t ready, so I had to wait. Dishes were everywhere! It appeared very unsanitary. The team members seemed to get along fabulously as they spent most of their time laughing and talking amongst each other while customers are left waiting forever. I’m disappointed to say the least. I was finally given my food at 9:12 pm. I have no idea how this will taste. My expectations are low. UPDATE: My daughter loved her sweet pork quesadilla. The steak in my bowl was so dry and tough. It tasted like it’s been sitting since this morning.
Every location in the Mesa area of Cafe Rio is a joke. The customer service is an absolute joke and they constantly make mistakes. Walked into get an order and they gave me the wrong order. Don’t understand how this place is even in business.
I really like their food but I'm getting disappointed with their service. The lase several times I've been there they have forgotten the tortilla with the Salad. How do they do that?
Kay Kay was professional and kind. We arrived right before closing, but she helped us with a positive attitude. The food was delicious! Thank you for your excellent customer service KayKay!
We ordered food through the app at 915pm. They close at 10pm. We waited until 10pm for our food to be delivered. They left 2 pans of chips on our door step and 1 drink which was clearly not our order. There was no recourse because it was 10pm. It is so deceitful. They sent that order out knowing we didn't just order chips. They could have called us to tell us they were out of the food we ordered and gave us another option. They just threw chips in 2 pans and sent them off. Very frustrating.
