Mugsy Dogs Gilbert

Today we ordered three double cheeseburgers around noon and I have to say are cheeseburgers and fries were not very good today. Disappointing! We love coming here because the burgers are fresh and juicy, today this was not the case they were burnt overcooked dry out burgers and the fries were cold and old tasting not fresh unfortunately.

Yesterday my kids were really excited to try a place up the road. I regret it now. We spent $60 on our meal (including a tip that they definitely didn 't earn). We ordered our food and then sat in the parking lot 45 MINUTES after they said it would be ready. We watched them fill orders of other people who walked in wayyy after we did. They are clear on their site that they will bring it to your car, so after 2 times of going in to check where our order was, I decided to wait. Once it got to 45 Minutes I walked in and saw my order sitting on the counter, undelivered to my car (which was directly in front of the door) for long enough to be cold. Way to earn that tip guys. I was annoyed but brought home our food, which was burnt so badly that none of us could eat it and my kids will eat almost anything. I called today to speak to a manager. I figured that this is what happens when teenagers are cooking your food, but a manager would make it right. Nope, the only way to speak to a manager is to leave a message in a full mailbox. It is pretty clear that that was a message of we dont want to hear it. My family feels robbed and insulted by this incredibly poorly run mess.

We enjoy these dogs! They are so yummy and very filling! The side of fries is also huge so we usually get one and share it between my husband and myself. The manager is very nice and the restaurant is always busy! It?s in a great spot as well with nice picnic tables outside! Love this place!!

Ok burgers, I had the Mugsy burger. The bread was a little stale instead of fluffy and light. Thought it had too much sauce so it got messy (mustard/ketchup). The fries were ok except I got the season fries and was disappointed that they don?t mix the seasoning in them, instead they dump it in top (see pic). Not a fan but their service was good, they were polite!

First time eating here, we really liked it. They were doing a collab with a local roofing company, State48, which brought us in. We love that they're working with fellow local small businesses. My husband loved the Chicago dog and I liked the mac n cheese burger. The bun wasn't my favorite but the onion rings were amazing!
