Top Cup Coffee House - Gilbert

Nice place, good coffee, but terrible customer service. we went in, space was empty, no one has greeted us. we looked at the menu through the register and we were still not only greeted empty stars. we've been getting closer and barista's been screwing up. when we got our coffee, it was super hot and got no sleeves. coffee was good and the avacado toast was delicious, a must try. I went back to buy a coffee and the same experience, no customer service skills. for a small business they would think that the customer service would be best! not sure whether we return, maybe drive them thru.

Says on the door, they open at 6. I've been on 6 o'clock for a long time. come around 6 in a hurry before an important event, they are closed and now open at 7 o'clock. Although there are not my favorites, since the drinks are never well mixed, even if they ask to make sure they are, I drive all the way here to support local businesses, but local businesses do not support me back. save them time and go to dieucks.

The first time here. the coffee was so good and this place is so sweet! looks like a great place to relax or chat with a friend. I had planned to stay, but decided not because the girl that helped me seemed just upset, I was even there, somehow ruined my excitement in my stay. other then everything seemed great! Despite my first experience, I would definitely come back and try again!

It went this morning after a baptism of contributions on social media and was super excited to try the kieselkälte. I was not greeted or even spoken when I came, the barista hardly said a word to me. my drink came out and it wasn't what I ordered, or at least what I thought I ordered. I re-entered the line, in the hope to get a replacement drink, as I will not be ignored just for eight minutes like the latte I was given, and then charged down to and for a replacement drink. even the replacement drink was not as advertised, and hardly tasteful as everything. I paid a total of $55 between the original false drinks, the substitute drinks, a piece of peanut butter toast and a pack of macarons. eating was good, but the coffee was the worst eive ever had, and in any case the worst customer service ever experienced in a local coffee house. I went and got blackrock on the street, and got a cheaper and tastier drink with better customer service.

Disappointed with my coffee today. Ordered iced drink with oat milk and whipped cream. Got zero whipped cream and 3 ice cubes floating on top so 7/8ths of my drink was completely warm have had other good experiences here so hoping it was a fluke.
