Starbucks - Gilroy

I didn’t catch the name of the cashier who worked 1/13 around 6:40 pm but I could not believe how rude she was about a forgotten drink that I added at the window for my two year old. I was nice and polite and for her to tell me no at the window was extremely rude for one there was no one in line I hadn’t paid yet but however she proceeded to inform me of how much of a problem I was by throwing her off on the drinks she was already making (mine) I’ll now be going to the Starbucks located by target where their customer service is much better

Very bad service, the girl threw my Danish cheese with bad temper and mentioned my

Order 2 drinks but the distance between the 2 drinks was 15 minutes so one got cold that was supposed to be hot the other 1 was okay cause I had just gotten

We went to this Starbucks and forgot our banana bread there. We unfortunately couldn't come back the same day and called in to see what they could do. A nice gentleman said just to come in the next day and say that we had spoken to him. The drinks and customer service was amazing!

Delicious latte and sandwich. Dom was the nicest cashier I've ever encountered through a drive through. Thanks for providing exceptional service for us and fueling our trip from San Jose to LA. Happy thanksgiving!
