We were staying at the hotel for one night, and wanted to have a quiet dinner conveniently near the hotel and with a view of the sea and good fish. We were happy with our selection: we had a classic fish dinner with spaghetti allo scoglio as first course, and spada alla griglia and fritto misto as second, and shared a sliced baba al rum; with local wine (we enjoyed the local Ciro' that the waiter recommended), coffee and amaro (I did not know the Amaro Silano which the waiter insisted I try, and now it belongs solidly to the inner circle my favourite amaro liquers), the bill was € 70 for the two of us, about reasonable for the area. Pity the weather was not nice, so the external terrace on the sea was not open for dinner. I would go back.
We found this place on trip advisor with the hope that we could eat outside overseeing the sea. No such luck as the day was too cool and the outside seating closed for the year. We had. Alight lunch, bruschetta and risotto. Food was god. Prices a bit steep for the area. That said, food was good and the restaurant was full.
Professional staff and careful cuisine good but missing that touch make the difference
Fresh fish and delicious food quality and courtesy historical restaurant and always in
