The menu is limited and the selection is very simple. What they have good taste, but is very expensive for what it is and the portion size. Compared to many other Italian restaurants, it is very average.

On Easter Sunday I had a great meal here. Kids pasta dishes were a simple pasta and a ragu. The Focaccia and Burrata were delicious entrees. The most important pasta dishes were also Yam. Worth visiting. The staff was super friendly!

This restaurant serves the worst food I have ever tasted. The pasta was overcooked and flavorless, and the meatballs contained unexpected cheese. It was a horrible dining experience that I do not recommend. The prices are not worth the terrible quality of food they offer. Their pasta is left out to dry, making it even worse. The restaurant is poorly designed and the food is just terrible.

I was expecting perfection considering the high price point of the food. Unfortunately, the pasta was oversalted, overcooked, and lacking in flavor. The salad was also too salty and had to be sent back. Spending $130 for two people, without wine, and only receiving two bowls of pasta felt extremely overpriced for such a small portion. The staff was friendly, but overall, I was disappointed with the experience.

I am a supporter of the food at Flour Eggs Water the Tramsheds and its sister store à Tavola. Today I travelled from the outer suburbs to visit the restaurant to pick up some takeaway. Yum, I was excited. The store was advertised to...be open at 12. I arrived early and therefore happily bought a coffee to wait. However, at 12 noon only a worker was present who advised that he couldn’t help and he was waiting for his boss. Again at 12:20 I returned to ask another employee about the possibility of buying some of the takeaway. He rudely reported that it may be another 15mins. I couldn’t wait and left the Tramsheds. My takeaway now is lovely food, but **** service. If you are not prepared to be on the premises at the designated time, change the time so no one is inconvenienced.
