Glory Days Grill - Glen Burnie

This time around my experience was horrible! Been sitting here for an hour and only got drinks. My meal came out before my apps and my daughters kids meal still wasn't ready

The food was barely eatable. Fried pickles were so salty that you need a gallon of water. The bbq chicken bowl was good with the exception of the chicken it was salty and I did not eat it. Boneless wings had to send them back twice. First cold, then the bbq sauce was to salty to eat. I will never be back!!!

First time going to this place and I won’t give them another penny! I waited 10 mins before I yelled back into the kitchen for someone to give me my food. 3 employees looked at me standing there and not acknowledged me at all. On the down side the food was really dry and wasn’t that good anyway.

I would like to express my extreme disappointment in the lack of concern for customers as well as staff at this location, which has not had air condition in several weeks . I have been a customer for many years (over 15) and this is just unacceptable. I would also like to share my thoughts in a recent staff member that was let go . This staff member went above and beyond to treat customers with respect and kindness . It was truly a Cheers like atmosphere with him there. What a loss for you and your Business because a staff member like him is a rare find today .

I have been ordering here for years. So this past month I ordered probably 4 times and all of my order was wrong!!! I have requested my food specifically but everytime I got the food it’s always WRONG always! And today I have ordered again the food came out WRONG again and what’s even worst is I only order 6 pcs wings and my order took literally 1 hour to make! And yes I have proof!
