B.r. Cohn Winery And Olive Oil Company

I highly recommend visiting B. R. Cohn for a wine tasting. We tried the Classic flight, which included one white wine and three reds, and each one was delightful. The Petite Sirah stood out to me—it was simply amazing! Our host made the experience even better; they were personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The property itself is stunning. You should definitely go; you'll love it!

We really enjoy the atmosphere at this restaurant, but it was incredibly busy during our visit. There was an event taking place, which made parking difficult. Because of the event, the staff didn’t seem to be fully in sync with the wine tasting experience, making it feel rushed and impersonal. I hope this was just a result of the event. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning. This wasn’t our first visit, and our initial experience was much better.

The scenery at this restaurant is stunning, with beautiful spaces that are perfect for enjoying a meal. You can really see the potential for hosting events here. The vineyard is particularly impressive. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. I suggest offering some snack options or small plates, as the only available item during my visit was a cheese box that didn't seem very fresh. Unfortunately, the price didn’t match the quality of the food.

Came in today to take advantage of a 2 for 1 tasting coupon we received about a week ago. It was a slow afternoon at the winery and it's only about 25 mins from our house we was excited to try it. The coupon stated to book online, but same day reservations were not available when booking online, so it stated to call as there was 5 openings available. We called and no one answered. Called again, no answer so we decided to just come on down. When we arrived it was very quiet, only one table tasting outside and one inside. We talked to the cashier and said we came for a tasting. And explained no one answered and it wasn't available online. She called to her coworker and asked if she was done with lunch. She was and then the cashier asked if she could do a walk-in tasting. The second girl said yeah, then asked about what 2 for 1 coupon we had. We showed her and she stated that you need to book it online and that you need to pay for a full price tasting for two people before you can use that coupon for a 2 for 1. The coupon from BR cohn, states nothing of the matter. We showed her again, and even went online and showed that we could book a tasting for today and the total for two people with the coupon would be $35 plus tax. She still stated that was not possible, we had to buy two full tastings at full price of $35 each before we are allowed to use this coupon. Again, no where on the terms does it states this. It appears the girl could not comprehend the situation, so we just decided to scratch br cohn off of our list and just leave. Seriously, the staff should be educated on the current promotions and not try to argue with something so clear in black and white on a br cohn issues coupon. Give me a break!
