Dunkin' - Glendale Heights

I had the best ever so slightly burnt croissants here that just made the flavor just that much better. Chef Dunkin Lass you rock!

A $4.50 coffee plus tax I explained I wanted an Americano with cream that was it nothing else I got a black regular coffee. Not even an americano. You guys owe me money but more than that I want to know how an empty store with no one behind me no one in front of me has such problems putting together the most simple of

They never have more then two types of donut holes and when you ask for mixed donut holes they don't bother to tell you they are out of the others they just give you two different kinds like that's still a mix of the two they have left. This has happened to me twice so I always ask now but they are rude about it like it's a hassle to tell me. I get my daughters donut holes once a month on a Sunday morning and it's always like that. I will be using a different dunkin' donuts.

Totally unorganized. Stood in line almost 10 minutes with employees walking by and not even acknowledging that you were there. When someone finally came to take the order, it took them almost 10 minutes to enter it in the register. Totally got order wrong. Not sure if it was their first day, but none of the other employees offered to help!

Came in for ice cream and donuts and Justin helped us and he was very friendly and great with our kids even though he was very busy. Definitely coming back again. Thanks
