Feedback gevenReally bad. badly managed kitchen- the core menu elements were not ready during the top lunch push. I waited for my plate in 30 minutes, and the drive was even worse. the saving gnade is that the staff that was in service was extremely polite and delivered great service. clean hot bar, but also empty.
The employees do not care about the service page of the company. I came to 9:50 when the load closed at 10:00, just to say that only the drive thru was open when driving through the window they told me that they was eating out when I could see clearly that the food was still there. if they want to eat where the workers take care of their costumer, they do not go to this panda express.
That is the worst panda express in all illinois. the employees are unprofessional, they have always broken the system and only accept cash, they are constantly out of popular articles. they don't know what is supply and demand. I will literally drive too far away than this panda that is with me because it sucks so badly. once I had a rubber band that was small in my eating of them and could have diced.
Nothing but bad experiences, multiple chances, to avoid all costs. they really skimp on portions, I ordered a bowl of white rice and orange whn and there was literally like 3 pieces whn and was 90% rice, called the load and nobody took up. again they gave up my job and gave me fried rice instead of white rice, cried and no one again. the fried rice is terrible, was very muddy. huh was good, but not going back here
This has not been the greatest service at a Panda. I asked a question that was misunderstood for a while when it finally got answered, my other order had chicken hanging out of the box in a very unsanitary manner.
