Starbucks - Glendale Heights

This location has TERRIBLE service. Absolutely awful. They take forever and don’t even make the drinks correctly. New management needed.

Every time I come here the wait time per vehicle is over 7 minutes. This is a poorly operated Starbucks and corporate needs to visit this location and put the team in check

My local Starbucks. Love going there before work. Unfortunately lately they have been closing earlier (which is understandable if they are understaffed as they shouldn't overwork their staff just to sell an extra cup of coffee) Out of five times I've been there they were closed 3 times more in evening hours, so call ahead just in case.

This restaurant is a complete mess. The hours are inconsistent and when they are open, the staff is untrained and unable to complete basic tasks. It took 10 minutes past the pick-up time to receive a pre-made bottled drink from a mobile order. The organization of the drinks is lacking, this place definitely needs new management or something.

I have consistently had problems with my drink at this restaurant, despite it being something as simple as a refreshing drink. I continue to come back because of its convenient location near my house and I want to give them another chance, but they never seem to get it right. I will continue to leave reviews about my drinks until they can make it correctly. If they are never able to do so, expect to see my name here often.
