Feedback gevenAny experience at this place was nothing but terrible. today I asked and paid for grundbeef on my chicken power bowl, but as soon as I came home, I noticed that they did not. after countless mistakes in my orders numerous visits I went back to a question for a refund. rosie, the manager was very rude when I gave me a part of my refund. After I got my refund, there was another customer who complained about their food to be cold. it is hard to find good customer service in these days. if they hate their job, there are tons of putting in place by others!
Taco bell worst I have ever been in my life, not even know what is on their own menu and are rude af for all. spent 40 min in the drive with only 3 cars in front of me. I hope they will close this Taco bell soon.
This location has terrible service. I mean horrible; I shall explain why. A few weeks ago, I experienced bad service, I had to return TWICE from my home, after sitting on our dinner table, as they had missed a few food items to my order. I trusted the first trip back, would’ve corrected my order, but I had to return again! In compensation of such experience, I received 7 coupons for tacos.So here we are tonight, looking to use our coupons for dinner with my two little girls and wife.. my oldest girl, had just finished soccer practice and did amazing so we allowed her to request our dinner, she decided on Taco Bell. We go through drive-thru, submitted our order, and advised the cashier we had these coupons ahead of time.I present these coupons at the drive-thru window, and the cashier comes back to tell me I can only use one at a time. I would have to go around the drive-thru lane SEVEN times to redeem them. I’m already here, I requested to separate the transaction if this was the case. I was denied and in fact told that there were other people behind me. I explained, I had also waited in line, in the time it took for you to tell me to go around 7 times or deny my request to separate transactions, we could’ve resolved this challenge instead. I was treated poorly, I became frustrated and disappointed that my family and I had to go through this ordeal once again, at same location that I explained to them; the reason I had these coupons to begin with was because of this “sh!tty service, you can cancel my ENTIRE order, and shove the coupons up your a$$e$!!” I am embarrassed that your restaurant made me succumb to such words, it’s dinner with my family. I drove off and decided to go to chik-fil-a instead.. which as always, was received with happy friendly service. I will not be going to this Taco Bell for a long time. Zero stars if it were possible.
This place has changed alot. On-line order to be picked up through the drive thru, I was asked to leave the premise, make 2 lefts through heavy trafficto get back to the property to pick up the food in the lobby so that they didn't get in trouble for the timer being to long. Not a big deal but pretty inconvenient.
Worst place ever, even for a Taco Bell standards. Lucky for them it’s in the ghetto, so standards are as low as can be. Been here 3 times and actually gotten served 1 time… 1 time they said the “systems are down, sorry…” other time the lights were all off and they just never responded even though there were workers inside and it was well within their open hours.
