Cookies By Design - Glenview

Ordered at 10am for same day delivery. Called into 1-800 number and was routed to store because I wanted to make sure they called before delivering. Employee said they would and confirmed the phone number. Received a call later in the day from the driver saying it was delivered. Recipient was thrilled!

Ordered a cookie bouquet for a friend's new baby. A cookie near the bottom of the bouquet had the writing smeared and some icing broken off. Otherwise, it was very cute and I know the cookies are good since I've received them as a gift before.

They have always exceeded my expectations. I've been ordering from them for years, and every person I've sent their treats to raves about the design and taste! I think I've turned several people into fans of 'Cookies by Design' as gift-givers.

We ordered the "decorate your own cookies" kit for Father's Day and had a fantastic time decorating them. The icing was easy to work with, and the cookies were beautiful and tasty. I highly recommend it and will definitely do this again. It was a huge success!
