We started our meal with her guac and freshly cooked nachos. the nachos were still very warm when we got it. I tried her mango margarita and I loved it, it was refreshing. I also enjoyed the tostadas, it came in 3 pieces and it was more than enough size for me.

We waited for 20 min for someone to pick up our order, then we waited 20 min for a single mojito and a beer. then 35min for eating. we often came here and service was great and the place was great. we were wondering what happened. after eating they brought the guacamole and other sauces into the small plastic cups they give them when they order pizza for to go. we thought it was weird. at the end as desert we saw that we are charged 20% profit fee. No one has not reported us in the menu at the beginning. if they charge 20% service fee, a service must be. So we didn't pay the 20.

Only reason why I give them 3 stars is because their drinks and eating are good. service is never good, never misses me. I only had a good service here. If they want to eat here, they must be patient. kellner need better training. they close all the time early. but eat and drink bring me back. if their service would be better, they would be a top restaurant in the opposite. but hof house above the road reached that by service is so great. impressive to eat here when waitress like her life hates and serves the customer. ?

I have gedimt in the two previous Mexican restaurants in this location. I was so impressed by the food quality, the variety and the deliciousness in el tradicional. and the service was wonderful. thanks for bringing their brand into the glen. we will be back again and again!

Not a good night. While the food is always good the drinks enjoyable, this night was ruined by very long waits, really poor service rude excuses. Drinks too more than 15 mins to arrive then weren't as ordered. We gave up on dessert after waiting 15+minutes to get a server to take order then canceled, paid bill left after waiting more than 40 mins. Amazingly, as we paid, dessert was packed to go despite us declining it just wanting to pay go in frustration as this further prolonged us leaving Being lectured on their short staff complaining about us taking it out on them when it is kitchen's fault didn't help. Such a bummer because we love the food atmosphere, but not enough to chance this experience again
