Feedback gevenI and my wife ate dinner at this jimmy john’s location. I ordered an 8-inch Hunters Club and my wife a sharp Italian. the dinner was brilliant, the service was excellent and proves once again that no matter what jimmy john’s they visit, they are the best place for delicious subs!!!!
Beautiful location, personal is friendly and tuna sandwich is really good? always ready to pick up in 10-15?
I had a very bad experience yesterday. we had a group event and ordered individually via the group order link they sent. it turns out that mine and some others do not get their sandwiches during our event. when I went to my pickup, the dame was on the desk (owner was very upset (visible) she decided to make a sandwich, but didn't even let me look at the menu and choose what I wanted.. and rushed into the ordering process. I don't wait in the waiting queue, and she made me feel like I was there for a free sandwich. very offensive customer experience. I gave up and just took what was offered. it was terrible experience that I just wanted to run out, but unfortunately I have prepaid through their website. I originally asked for full wheat bread, but ended with regular broth and I would hate. I didn't know what to choose (only if they listened patiently and gave me time.) I will never be here again. I feel bad for employees working there. the entire “sealing with owners” experience was bad. very unprofessional to keep a long face for a mistake that is technically in nature that I do not control over. at the end nobody knows who was paid! if they group order stay away from this load please do. they were warned.

So rude and arrogant. They refused to let me use bathroom as a customer . Stooges !!
