Las Palmas Mexican Food

Home of the tiny tacos: . eating was delicious and good, but the prices were far too high for tiny portions we got. service was neither good nor bad, main thing was that we were hungry and we think to go somewhere else after lunch.

I was on the trip of a girl with my best friend and when we arrived, it took 10 minutes until the waitress came to our table. she was rude and treated me as if I was stupid when I tried to order a drink without having the drink menu what she did not harass us. the food was very mediocre and then it took another 15 minutes to get our sack when we asked which the waitress then brought to the wrong table. one of the waiters was very nice but he gave us great recommendations for a great restaurant / bar that we went later in the night. I wish he had been our waiter. go to one of the other restaurants in the city.

Bad service as soon as me and my family walked in. There was only a couple sitting at the bar and all three servers were mingling inside the bar with out acknowledging us at all. A few minutes went by and we finally got sat at our table. Once sitting it took our server at least 15 minutes to come and take our drinks order, as we sat there for that long we had already looked at the menu and placed our full order. The food was so bad and the portions were very small and the prices were high for the amount of food you get. When we tried to pay their credit card machine was not working and declined three different cards. After several attempts the payment finally went through. We walked out of the restaurant and one of us forgot a hat there and went back in to get is. As my friend was not noticed walking in, the servers were talking smack about our group. My friend asked if there was anything they would like to say to her? They were taken by surprise and said “oh no I’m sorry” and walked away with our saying anything else. Definitely will not be going back!!!

This dining experience was bad. The food was ho hum, not the very worst but the service was terrible. The worst wait staff I have ever experienced. It took over 15 minutes to get a drink order in. Once we ordered food, another 15 minutes go buy. So that wasn't to bad until the gave all of our food to the wrong table. Once we finally got our food we still had no silverware or napkins. Guess what another 7 minutes while we watch our food get cold. After all this the management had only poor excuses to offer. In the time we were there they served 4 or 5 tables. So not busy at all.

We walked in host was very rude didn't say Hello 3 in our party 2 adults and 1 child she only gave us two menu's had to ask for a kids menu. Then asked if we can have chips and salsa since we waited about 10min already just to get our drink order she said we can't have any chips and salsa till we order off the menu!!! This is the first and last time coming here we were hoping to have a great experience here since we are moving out here,but not the case here I wouldn't recommend it!!!
