Crystal De Luxe Resort

First of all I wanna thank our agent in the M97 Tours agency in Sarajevo for recomending this AMAZING Resort. This was my family 's first trip to Türkiye and we were very excited for our 2022 vacation. And it was much better then we expected. Turkish hospitality is one of the best in the world and Crystal De Luxe Resort is a perfect example of that. This is very difficult to explain with words, you really need to be there and see it with your own eyes. The Hotel looks great, with beautiful interior and exterior. The name De Luxe is very suitable for it. The Hotel staff is amazing, everyone is very kind and good at their job. No complaints at all and THANK YOU for your service. The food is out of this world. Breakfest, lunch, dinner, snack bar at the beach and the pool, you can NEVER be hungry in this place. Special regards to the lady who makes Gözleme and the Ice Cream man, they are a perfect addition to the whole ambient. I need to mention the entertainment crew (especially ms. Oznur), they are doing an amazing job all day to keep everyone entertained. I recommend Crystal De Luxe Resort to everyone. Families with kids, without kids, friends, older people, younger people there is something for everybody. We will see you again, that 's for sure

The food is soo yummy So much kinds of sweets Amazing honestly Especially the turkish delights The best thing is that they depend on a different cuisine every day with its various flavors and tastes, i love this hotel!!

Nice experience, but for sure not 5 stars. Pros: very close to the beach (3 min walking distance); room, beach and the hotel in general was very clean; employees are very kind and willing to help; right in the center of the city and there are plenty of shops nearby. Cons: their English is limited to very few words and it is very difficult to communicate with them; the rooms are very noisy and you have to wait for the parties to end so you can rest; the room door was broken and we woke up in the middle of the night with the door wide opened and someone was about to enter our room and we had to go back to bed with the luggage against the door. General impression about Turkey: very beautiful country and lots of things to visit, people are very pushy when selling things and you have to tip everyone (sometimes they are very rude if you don't).

We stayed at this pleasant resort hotel in the fall 2022. We haven’t encountered any issues during our short stay. Clean rooms, comfy beds, cheerful and professional hospitality, all day long activities and great food. The resort has its own private beach with a nice small pier where you can access to the water either by jumping over the pier or by walking down the sea. It was obvious that the hotel had been through a renovation as the place looked brand new interior design wise. Tranquil atmosphere, proximity to the city center, and easy access to shops makes everything possible at your reach. The resort also has indoor and outdoor pools, a spa center and fitness room. The lobby has an open bar where you can enjoy hot and cold drinks all day long. Open buffet is rich and offers a good variety of food. The resort is also very convenient for families, as it has a small Aqua Park for children. We planned our stay upfront through ets tourism company. The room rate was very affordable in the fall season per the amenities, food and beachfront that you’re paying for. Overall rating 4.6/5 for a Resort Hotel
