Pizza Hut - Goffstown

If you would like to order a pizza with HAIRS as a topping, this is the perfect location. I ordered 2 pizzas and both were stuffed with hairs amd i literally took one out of my mouth. This is not acceptable!!!! I had to go to the store myself and asked for a refund, manager offered 2 brand new pizzas instead and i am like seriously? poor customer service and manager is very unprofessional and most likely the hairs are the manager 's because the cook was a short hair guy. ZERO STARS!!!!

Read the reviews and figured people were just expecting 4 star service at a pizza chain... Well i was wrong! This place was terrible. waitress was nice but spoke so softly we couldnt hear her, and was the only one! food was prompt and edible but not great, i wanted salad but didnt dare, looked like it had been out for hours.. ordered a dessert pizza when we were done, it came out without plates (ok i got my own) i asked for forks and was told they were out!!! they were in the dishwasher....... ate with our hands.. decided i should use the rest room before leaving as it was an hour ride home, very dirty!!!! but i had to go! oh great, no toilet paper! so i had to go out and get napkins (paper towels they leave on the table) go back in to clean up then the soap dispenser dosent work!!!! had to stop at a gas station (that was way cleaner) to wash my hands..needless to say i will not be back....

Ordered delivery on a lazy, rainy Sunday. Everything arrived sooner than I had expected and the pizza was still hot. I also opted to receive their text notifications and the updates were accurate. We got the Stuffed Garlic Knot Pizza with a few toppings that came with 2 marinara sauces and their Mini Cinnabons. Everything was so delicious and we got everything for a decent price. I'm not sure why this Pizza Hut location has such bad reviews. We had a great experience and would definitely order from here again in the future! Super underrated.

Food was fine. The service was awful. Everyone who works there seemed like they didn't care about their job, conversations in the kitchen were loud.
