Feedback gevenI started physically shopping here, about a month ago. If you're a prime member, you get discounts on certain sales. Today's grocery trip was what brought me here. I was using a gift card to purchase groceries. Unfortunately there was an issue and my cashier (politely and patiently) still bagged my groceries and sent me over to customer service. I was able to get the issue resolved after a phone call I received a new gift card and was able to pay. Frank was his name and he was very polite. I always get greeted and have a decent experience but this on was very refreshing. Thanks for making me feel welcomed.
We stop at this WFM on our way up the mountain all the time. Outstanding, kind staff, great selections and a very clean store. This last visit, Amber/Amanda? in seafood went out of her way to help my son learn more about safe raw fish options. She made him a custom tray of oysters, which he had never had before. Truly a wonderful experience! Thank you!!
This Whole Foods accused me of stealing for putting my groceries into my own brown Whole Foods bag that I re-use when shopping. Like what? This made me really upset and not want to come to this location, but the past handful of times I've been here, its been nice. Although I no longer shop with my brown Whole Foods bag. Nice and organized displays, great produce, and their salmon cuts are on point. I have no encountered any bones in my salmon recently. Staff has been friendly and store is clean.
I love this store. The staff members are always helpful and kind. And while it's a smaller store, there is always a nice selection, I have fun perusing the aisles, and I experience new foods and goodies. One example: passion fruit!!
