On my most recent visit, I ordered an Italian herb and cheese 6-inch sandwich, but received a white bread 6-inch instead. Additionally, my sandwich was very sparse and almost empty. Unfortunately, I was working until 9 PM, so my fiance picked up the order for me. Despite there still being an hour before closing time when he picked it up, my sandwich was still incorrect and lacking in ingredients. My fiance's sandwich, on the other hand, was made correctly and fully loaded. Due to sensory issues, I was unable to eat the sandwich that was made incorrectly for me.
I used to frequent this Subway location often and was looking forward to having lunch there today. However, when I arrived and entered the store, the girl behind the counter gave me a rude look. I assumed she may have been having a bad day, so I greeted her and asked how she was doing. She just continued to give me a blank stare. I repeated my greeting louder, to which she replied that she had heard me the first time. When I asked if she did not speak, she informed me that she was the manager. I requested the number for corporate, to which she responded to Google it. I then asked for the store number, but she claimed not to know it. Feeling disrespected, I told her she had lost my business, and she simply shrugged it off. I decided to take her picture, express my dissatisfaction, and left to eat elsewhere. I plan on contacting corporate about the incident as I do not want to support a business that allows its employees to treat customers poorly. Attached is a picture of the woman who behaved in this manner and claimed to be the manager.
I used to come to this subway all the time and was excited to be able to have lunch there today. Then I got there and walked in and the girl behind the counter gave me a rude look. I figured maybe she had a bad day so I said hey how are you doing. She again just looked at me stupid. I again, louder said hey how are you doing? She said I heard you the first time. I said so you dont talk. Id like a manager. She said she was the manager. I asked for the number to corporate and she said google it. I asked for the store number and she said she didn't know it. I said well youve lost my business and she said aww so sad. So I took her picture, told her off and went and ate elsewhere. I'll definitely call corporate because I'd hate for my business to have an employee that treats people so badly. I included a picture of the woman who did this and claims to be the manager.
Tried bringing my service dog in with me. Black female employee was extremely rude pushing me to leave having a issue with my service dog being in the restaurant. Told us other customers complained about it. Have been there plenty of times before with my dog and not had any issues. Would not recommend anyone going to this one unless the support the mistreatment of people with service animals.
Food is good. The manager of the place needs to step up though. I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time and still had to stand and wait 10 minutes. While I waited I purchased a bottle of water, and was told when I order online and then make another purchase in the store, I mess up the way the line works. Then every water in the box was frozen and was told its out of their control. Why even sell it? I'll definitely be going to dutchtown next.
