Feedback gevenAlways close early for some reason? I mean a few hours early on several nights. The cash registers ignored the drive. When I finally got her on the speaker, did she say? An online order I started when I arrived. The lobby was closed and there was no one left in the car thru. What's going on?
Posted inward because the day before 2-4-2021at 5:30am I sat an hour in the car ride thru, so I thought they might have the lobby open, but instead the closed it early, so I just left because I didn't sit back in this ride thru for an hour. I'll take my business to dysart rd. because there is no customer service is a problem. I wasn't even eating that it would be to go so that all they need to sanitize is the counters, but it's good that they lost my business for good the other position that the owner will get my money it's sad because they use, not like this in the ride thru.
40 minutes wait in the drive thru when we decide to go here so I could use the toilet room. Just to see them close all doors at 7:00. When we got the food, I went to Cal-Ranch to go to FINALLY. My food was so sweet that I don't even like it. This is Strike 3 from this place. I don't mention them anymore as an option!!! So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
Great French Fries here! And the Ranch chicken tacos were very delicious!
Check your order before you leave. The food is great and fresh, but evrytime I go something is wrong. They said its hard to hear through the microphone. So I went inside...still wrong. Make sure to specify hard or SOFT on the value tacos otherwise you get hard. Also in the days with the specials make sure you say I want the SPECIAL of the day 3.... Or you get charged regular price. A bit more training wouldnt hurt. One employee didn 't know what the survey coupon was.
