Texas Roadhouse - Goodyear

It was a loooooong wait as usual for 3 of us. Food didn't come out as ordered. My son asked for ribs but no BBQ sauce and they came out with sauce. My husband asked for a medium rare steak and it came out well done. The manager was apologetic. I did notice several plates going back. Cooks may need more training or help!

Everything was great but the table where we were sitting at was uncomfortable. It felt very humid and hot! Certain areas of the restaurant were cool while other areas were hot.

If you want steak this is where you go. Good variations on meats and cuts and the price is not to bad (you get good portions fir what you pay).

The food is good and so is the atmosphere! But the service was less than Texas Friendly . We had a big birthday to celebrate and we could not get seated because we were missing one person. Not a great experience there. For what the food and drinks cost here you would think they would take better care of their customers, especially since there are so many other restaurants around (highly recommend PoPo 's for Mexican food). On a side note don 't order the ribs. They 're better ribs at other places. Stick to the steaks.
