The services I received today were appalling. the girl did not understand my order then when she got it wrong, money from the time for a refund (approved me to pay over the card, then continue to service as if I were not there. her behavior was disgusting and I can assure them that I will not go back.

Very unfriendly staff. Refused to give a bit of extra sauce on the meal deal. Need to improve if they want to retain customers. Won’t be coming back. Please stay away from this place as they don’t make an effort to deliver good service.

So I was going on my break, I’m working a hour day, I was so keen on some lunch so I thought I’d like some Chinese for a change. Went and bought some... and I was highly disappointed, not only was the honey chicken tasteless and dry, it had no honey involved whatsoever. I bought prawn chips and they were as stale as all hell. Highly recommend not coming here. Not good

Every time I visit Lake Haven Taste Hong Kong, the staff are incredibly rude and moody. I used to overlook the poor quality of their food, but not anymore. I have gotten sick from eating here and will not be returning.
