Hotel Restaurant Boehm - Grafenwöhr

My family and I stayed at hotel Bohm when we got to Germany waiting for housing we were there for 6 weeks or so and they were very friendly and prompt on cleaning rooms and provided us with extra towels or sheets if needed and we had our dog with us and one of the women left him dog treats at the door one day. We also had the food and there Salads do not disappoint my husband liked the roadrunner and I liked the smokey, most the employees speak well or little English and it was an all around great place to go

Went with work colleagues and was very pleasantly surprised. The horseradish schnitzel was tasty, and the side salad was fresh and delicious. The beer was fresh German beer, and the server was friendly.

The food at Hotel Böhm was just one word: AMAZING! Everything was very good. We had the schnitzel, both the regular one, and the house one, which is stuffed with sausage and mustard.

I was told by a friend to try it out so I did. The special was half a duck the night I went and I was nervous to order it as duck is a hit or miss food to cook. It was so wonderful I wanted a second plate. Though my stomach couldn't hold it. It was absolutely amazing I cannot say enough good things about it! My husband ordered the pork special and we swapped bites and again I was nervous because pork tends to be dry. Once again it was wonderful! It's a great atmosphere and wonderful staff and environment. You NEED to go there! My husband and I really like Gordon Ramsey and during dinner my husband said "Gordon Ramsey would be impressed" it was THAT good!

I have eaten here several times, both for lunch and dinner and I have left with a full and very happy tummy. I don't know what my favorite is, when I go at lunch, I try one of their many fantastic salads - they are all so good. I love the one with the cut up and fried knodel, Farmer Salad, I believe. Which ever you choose, it will be great - I promise! For dinners I have tried several different meals and they have been great. The staff is great at what they do, I have been their in a very large group and I'm always hoping to be one of the ones served first, its so hard to smell the food and having to wait, my mouth is just watering. This restaurant is located close to the post and you could easily walk there from almost anywhere in town. I highly recommend eating here, they really do a great job.
