This is basically a natural foods store, with a few more GF options than other stores in the area. They have some fresh baked goods by the cash register from a GF bakery in Las Palmas. Nothing to go way out of your way for, but nice to know it’s there.

They mark everything, so it is easy to find what the articles contain. I bought vegan chocolate (from Ichoc and bolognese soße (from bio central here, that was really good. they have tufo, sincean, vegan cheese, vegan ice cream and sorbet, preserve fruit and vegetables, butter, various types of sauces and nudity! and much more!

Really nice to have a bio shop in arguineguin! Compared to the saving nature in las palmas, this is quite small (without a caf, but they get everything they need. many imported items that are more expensive than others. but a good choice of vegan products and if they do not have a car and they are in the south, it is a very good option to get vegan and organic products!

Vegan options were not clearly labelled in cafe. Most of the cakes were gluten free and not vegan. Expensive compared to vegan options in supermarkets nearby. So you don't need to go to this supermarkets to get decent vegan food. But good amount of vegan fake meats and varieties of tofu
