Staff doesn't care about the customers. Store opens at 10am. I went in at 10:30 they didn't anything ready and told me it would after 11 before they were ready to serve. A few days later went back at 4:30pm. One cashier to handle both drive through and inside, one cook and one manager who stayed on her phone in the corner the whole time. Waited 15 minutes to place my order and another 15 minutes to get my food. I will not be going back to this location.
When I arrived there, the staff were tending to the drive thru orders. The cashier noticed me and said she would be with me shortly. Then the manager saw me and said as soon as she took the food out to a customer parked she would take my order. The cashier ended up taking my order. There were no other customers in the lobby besides me and they tended to me with speed and courtesy. They cooked my food fresh and they were very polite. The cashier even brought my food to the table for me. While dining in i could hear the manager taking drive thru orders. The manager was the one on the drive thru headset. She was so pleasant and professional. It is very rare these days to have someone speak to you with kindness especially when they are busy at their job. I have to say the entire experience was great.
The drive thru is not up to par. Everytime I come here I am asked to wait up ahead for 10-20 min. I'm assuming it's so the system that manages thier time does not show just how long its taking them to provide the food. If they could fix this, I would come here more often
They messed up my order twice before I even got the food so I just requested a full refund, and then the attitudes started and made a huge deal about me bringing the 4 drinks back in. I said I would just pay for those separately and she said it would be expensive. One of the worst experiences at Popeyes I’ve ever had, but it’s honestly not saying much.
