The open kitchen allows for interaction with the chef. The cuisine is superb and reasonably priced. A must-visit for lovers of genuine Indian food. The spice level can be adjusted from mild to hot according to preference.
Kinda strange to mention this but the water was cold and they brought a pitcher which was great. I had the tandoori chicken medium heat it was delicious, my wife had the traditional Newfoundland pea soup and some fries both were super tasty. I would like to taste those fries in a tradition Quebec poutine. I posted pics of the menu, it offers both Canadian and Indian cuisine. Must try if you're in Grand Falls.
Easily the best restaurant I have visited in Newfoundland. The portion size was phenomenal the flavour was astonishing and the price was far less that expected. I will recommend this to anyone visiting the GrandFalls Windsor location and will be coming here every time I'm in town. Best regards.
This restaurant is my go-to when I'm traveling across the island. It's a refreshing change from fast food and serves up delicious home-cooked meals, whether it's Indian cuisine or something else. While they may not be the fastest, the wait is definitely worth it!
This restaurant is now called Sara's Diner and was recommended to us by our B&B. The entrance wasn't very inspiring but as the evening progressed we had a fantastic night of laughter and good food. Sara has an amazing personality and throughout the night gave our husbands playful punches on the arm which made us laugh. The meals were huge. We must say a special thanks to Rev. Glenn who paid for some of our drinks but we only found this out after he'd left. It was a night to remember. Thanks to Sara and her husband, the Chef. Best wishes from 4 happy Kiwis from New Zealand
