Feedback gevenI had the best burger ever. ordered a crispy flamen chicken sandwich with twirl rings on the side. I love spices and this burger did it. debbie served me and was so courteous with my nutritional needs. I'm back for more. service was super and fast. the store is clean, the personal is friendly and helpful. did they like to get one of those burgers? I'm back.
Just bought two packs of family fries from this dairy queen. It was over $16 for the two packs.I wish I could figure out how to put a picture on here cuz they weren't even 20% full, the boxes.I went in in a very nice friendly way Austin this was normal. They said yeah 10 oz per box..I asked how much to just fill them up cuz I have a whole bunch of hungry kids in the van and we try and eat plant-based and have been traveling for 30 hours. So she began calculating. And then I said is there anyway you guys could just fill it cuz it's just fries. Then she said sure. Then she went to the back and the guy put basically no more fries in and said that's the best we can do. Very disappointed in dairy Queen right now. Like really what a Fry's cost on a corporate scale and what is customer satisfaction worth? So annoyed.
Terrible experience, I love DQ and stop at nearly every DQ I drive by. This one charged extra for gravy with a chicken strip basket, provided a whopping 6 onion rings in the new chicken strip/fry/ring basket and were gracious enough to provide 13 French fries. This is the first DQ I have ever vowed to never return to.
Very slow, took almost 10 mins to be able to order in the drive through and another 10 minutes waiting at the window (it should be noted nobody was in front of us when we got the window and the store was pretty empty maybe 1-2 customers inside). I hope this gets better, I never go if I’m in a hurry now.
Shared my concerns from a couple unsatisfying visits with the store and Debbie and the team made sure to fix the problem. Appreciate the help and willingness to improve and more importantly implementation of the positive change. Thanks Debbie Team!
