Family Wok Inc - Grand Rapids

I finally found my way to the Chinese restaurant and I am so glad I did. The food was absolutely delicious! I had been craving a good rice soup and theirs was perfect. Our family ordered several dishes and each one was fantastic and fresh. I could hear the sizzling coming from the kitchen, which made my mouth water even more. My order was ready quickly and it was still hot by the time I got home. The owner was friendly and very professional, ensuring that all pandemic precautions were in place to keep customers safe. This restaurant has quickly become a new favorite of mine!

Just a normal looking restaurant in a strip-mall. But I decided to try for the good reviews. I ordered the General Tso Chicken and an order from Crab Ragoons. General Tso was fantastic. A really good sauce perfectly cooked with excellent chicken pieces. I think this is my new favorite General Tso Square. I didn't love the Crab Ragoons, but I can't say why because I'm not sure what I didn't like. The service was super friendly. A total of 4 1/2 stars. I'm turning around because General Tso was so good! Would I come back? Oh, yes, an excellent general at a fair price.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic! My husband, who is very particular about his hot and sour soup, said it was the best he's ever had. We have tried Chinese food all over the country and he still thinks about this soup, so it must be really good. I tried the sweet and sour chicken, which had a delicious breaded coating that was not too greasy and had a great flavor. The sweet and sour sauce was tangy and had a vibrant color, but was still delicious. The Crab Rangoons were crispy and flavorful. My husband also tried the General Tso's chicken, which was part of a special deal along with my sweet and sour chicken. The special included rice and a good portion size, and my husband appreciated that they offered a choice of dark or white meat for the General Tso's chicken. He felt it could have been a bit spicier, but overall it was very tasty. Despite a bit of a wait for our food, we will definitely be returning for more delicious meals in the future. The restaurant was busy and constantly producing mouthwatering dishes, so the wait was understandable.

I ordered take-out from this restaurant and got the beef with special vegetables and an egg roll. The food was amazing and there was so much of it that I couldn't finish it all. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

My boyfriend and I ordered here for the first time and we will definitely be coming back! Service was awesome and workers were very friendly. The food was a great price for the quantity and quality.
