Pizza Hut - Grand Rapods

Wish I had more hands, 2 thumbs down ain't enough: quit skimping.

I ordered 2 orders from Pizza Hut. back-to-back. One arrived and when the other one didn't, I asked when it would.. the delivery guy said that he would ask his manager when he got back. My pizza was delivered at 10:16 PM. The store closed at 10:00. I never heard back from them. It's 2:17 PM next day… still haven't heard from them, and a 25% tip on a $52 order…. I'm p!zzedI finally called them, again, reluctantly (as they should have had the courtesy/obligation). I was told the order was canceled, but the manager couldn't explain to me how.I'll take my pizza business to domino's from now on.

We ordered 2 personal pizzas for pickup. The food was made exactly like we ordered it we like some weird toppings and ready with well organized staff within 15 minutes. We will do this again!

Hours are wrong and local phone number goes to an out of state call center???? Website was slow and down. Who thought ordering a pizza would be so hard???

Pizza was surprisingly good. Haven't had it in ages. The staff was excellent.
