Not necessarily the store was trashed but dairy Queen in general is trash paid $6 for a medium blizzard that was just trash they didn't even turn it upside down don't recommend for anyone go to donut connection right up the street way better quality ofshake thing
Delicious ice cream treats, great service and the soft serve is always working, unlike some places.
Poor management. General manager Eddie harassed 2 customers waiting for the store to open who were standing outside on the patio area. One was holding her pack of cigarettes (NOT SMOKING) just holding them and waiting for the door to unlock to get a couplemilkshakes . Eddie came out before the store open and harshly lectured them on smoking again neither was smoking only oneholding a pack. Understable if they were smoking on the property to have let them know it wasn't allowed. But this poor excusefor a manager decided to drill these 2 about smoking. After finally opening the door to open at 10:30 the 2 were going tofinally grab there milkshakes to actually be ran off the property. I've worked 20 plus years in retail management and have neverseen such a poor excuse of a retail employee let alone a manager who I found out through corporate has worked with the companydairy queen or its affiliated IHOP for 8 years. Sincerely hope dairy queen addresses this issue. As a now district manager for aretail company I've never nor will ever treat customers like this and would have zero toleration for any employee of minetreating customers like this. In retail the customer is our priority our paycheck the sole reason we are there and in business.
I ordered an extreme brownie blizzard cake for my daughter's birthday. I was very disappointed by the quality! The writing was very sloppy and the cake was poor quality. The skipped on the chocolate cruchies and brownie bits.
