Feedback gevenFirst morning in Dandenong we tried Walkers Kitchen for breakfast. Good selection, friendly
I had breakfast here 3 days in a row. The coffee is good and the food is more than generous.Rather than getting something on the menu, I just asked for what I wanted and they made it. It was convenient to charge back to my hotel room.
Enjoyed breakfast and lunch here during my stay in Dandenong. They are very friendly and make great coffee and eats.
Originally saw this on Facebook some time ago and finally went for a visit. It's located not far from central Dandenong, near from the train station. It was difficult finding a park from the north end but if you approach from the south end (Railway Parade), there is parking behind the Foster St shops. The first thing you notice is the open and spacious room. We were warmly greeted and took a table next to the windows. There is plenty of seating and seating styles. The menu consists of breakfast and lunch options, coffees, blended juices, savoury dishes, cereal and fruit dishes. The menu is somewhat experimental with a good mixture of flavours, Meal sizes were good and I certainly didn't leave hungry. Popular with hotel guests and local employees there is a good range of takeaway rolls/sandwiches.
The happy hour drinks at this Docklands restaurant are excellent for the after-work crowd, lasting until 9pm. The food is good, but lacks a variety of affordable snack options.
