Marriott Courtyard - Greece

Solid 4 stars. Very clean, no frills, place to stay. I would stay here again. Needed a new fridge, pillows, sheets a late check out. Received them all. Pool is tiny extremely humid in the room with tiny pool. So we found an outdoor pool elsewhere. I didn't like that the only two rooms we were offered was either by the ice machine #333 Ŏ Or #325 right above where folks have a sitting area to smoke, gather chat. Especially for our 4 night stay. But that's all they said they could give, hmmm $888 that's you best offer . Also their sheets have an oily hair smell, strange. But those are the negatives. Really was a pretty good choice. Shout out to the lead person in charge of housekeeping, she was the best! She saved us often! Marriott should give her a raise! Recognize! No pets here, I have bad allergies, so ideal!

My regular go to while traveling on sales in the area. Also my favorite Fairfield in all of Upstate NY and North East PA. Very pleasant professional staff. Well maintained and conveniently located just off the highway in a quiet area. Excellent selection of breakfast items well beyond what others offer. I have no experience with the pool or fitness room. Very clean rooms. And the most comfortable beds. Highly recommended. Be sure to book well in advance as it appears the secret is out.

Giving two stars only for the main desk receptionist, Leah. She was extremely nice and accommodating. After staying here many times, this will probably be the last time I ever stay here. Fire alarms went off at about 3:30 am, rushed my daughter and I down 3 flights of stairs and sat in the car until we were told it was ok to go back in. Long story short the alarm went off 3 times after, interrupting our sleep.. making for a not so relaxing stay. Then the hot tub became closed.. which was one of the main reasons I picked the hotel. Spoke with the manager Laury who was extremely rude and uncaring. Seemed to be more upset she was being bothered than anything. What a disappointment for my daughter, whom we were their to celebrate her 8th bday. Major letdown. Woke up more sore and tired than I do at my own home. Not a great experience. At all. Not to mention, we 've had a home fire before so this was very triggering for us. I 'd probably never bring my family here again.. unfortunately
