Burger King - Greenhithe

Wanted to share our experience. From the staff behind counter, to all staff in restaurant, they are very pleasant and went out of their way to make our dining enjoyable, to even taking our tray from table to discard! Kudos to all, including management!

Stopped for a quick lunch. It was simple 2 burgers, medium fries and medium coke. Food was hot and good. Really liked having a person to take my order rather than a kiosk.

I have only visited this location once, but I had a great experience. I placed a mobile order and when I showed up they were out of one of my items and instead of directing me back to the website for a refund they gave me multiple options for an intstant replacement. I am impressed.

Best customer service ever. I was visiting from out of state from NC. This Burger king has absolutely the best customer service i have ever experienced in fast food industry. The food was always hot made correctly.
