Had a hankering for rocky mountain candy apple and could not find an independent. to the happiness this cold stone in the grunde is a 2 in 1 with ice and rocky mountain chocolate desserts. it would be a 5 star rating, but I didn't try her ice. also saw an old review before I left that their apples were brown, but this one was in order.

Woman working tonight 5/03/22 was totally dismaying for all in the restaurant, especially against the ethnic couple in front of us. is it not to get ice cream, should be a fun experience? not with grumpy cat over here

I ordered and paid for a birthday cake from this place several days in advance. When I wanted to pick up the cake, the business was closed. There was no sign at the door, why. When I called the business, the recording said it opened two hours too late because of the weather. But I picked up the cake well over two hours when it was assumed to open. I had to go to my son's birthday party without cake. I came later and talked to the manager at the service. She apologised for the store that only opened at 2:00 and said it was for personnel. She brought out my cake I told her I was not needed anymore because the party had already taken place. I asked for a refund and she had to call the owner to get permission and instructions as I can refund the money. There was no compensation or expressions of regret from the owner. The manager has apologised, but it does not mean much if an important part of the party lacked thanks to the personnel problems. I'm not going to take my business to the ice shop. There are many others in the area that have a much better sense of how to treat their customers. One last suggestion would not be to pay for a cake or order before it picks up.

Excellent Cold Stone location. The store combines the? ice cream and nextdoor ? chocolate shop so you have more space. The ice cream can be expensive but you can get a cup or come, pints to go, ice cream ? cakes and more. The staff are pretty good and they do have ? handicap accessible ?? parking, seating, and ? restrooms.
