We enjoyed a spinach salad followed by a Detroit Style pizza. After commenting on how nicely done the Detroit Style crust was, we were treated to a description of the importance of getting the balance of salt, sugar and yeast right, in addition to paying attention to the process of managing the rise of the dough. We were intrigued to the point of looking up various recipes afterward, and intend to try making this style of pizza in the future!
