Feedback gevenWow! so terrible customer service. I tried a whole hour to order food online, so I could count 20 out, and literally on the “place order” taste to count too many paints. So I'll call the restaurant to place the order. the dame takes up, asks me to hold, I said yes Ma’am, and I was holding 5 minutes straight, but she never hit the actual hold button, so I could say that she was not busy at all to answer all the others call, and finally after 5 minutes get the recipient, and just hangs on me! I suppose she thought I would just wait tired and just hang up. When I called back, I said, "I was in the hand and was hanged." no apologies, that was the phone. na, girl, that was all you! bc I heard that you can pick it up, push it over the table and hang it up! my man went to get the food, he said there was another lady in there, also that the website could not use. So he said a girl who was still working, but going beyond, going over there and saying that someone will be with you, and never someone came here to help her, and it ended with going longer than it should have been, so she was fed and went out. They didn't say thank you. you could just say that they don't want it to help anyone alone except for themselves! rude wait the staff, and the French toast, and pfannkuchen I wasn't good at all! there were just old hot cakes. no whip cream, no cinnamon. I felt like in the containment zone! never back!
One of the ladies that worked there she was loud and hollering at the workers. She was very rude and snappy with them. The food wasn't good. We waited a long time to get our food. It was all over cooked. The atmosphere was so different in there. Looks like it's run by different people.
Came in today and had a great breakfast Brianna. She was very attentive and took care of everything for us. Thank you for your great service.
On 4/28/2022 I went to IHOP for brunch. My food was burnt but I ate It because I’m 7 months pregnant and just finished my glucose test. After paying for my food I relaxed and just watched what was happening inside of the kitchen. I watched a WAITRESS pick up two pancakes with her BARE HANDS and stack them on two other pancakes and proceeded to give it to the customer!!!!! afterwards she started to touch the computer screen and everything else. I will NOT be returning to ihop.
I don’t really do the review thing unlessI have an awful experience, but working in the food industry I know how important it is to Hear the good I came in last week and it seemed I cameI’m during some type of training or maybe while the DOO was visiting I’m not sure but either way I saw one of my old employees working as the greeter and she is currently pregnant so of course that was a BEAUTIFUL start to my visit , me and my dad were immediately seated with my ten month old who was determined to make the biggest mess possible ??, we were immediately greeted and had our orderTaken within minutes and our food shortly after it was truly such a pleasant experience !The next sentences are in reference to the employees standing around ignoringCustomers on their phones….Although some of your employees are gossip queens and need to learn to keep their opinions toThemselves or where the customer cannot hear them. Also facial expressions , if you don’t agree with something I’m allowing my child to do , rolling your eyes and glaring at me isn’t going to change what I’m doing. I make my decisions for MY CHILD that’s not up for debate ! Thank you. the prices were a bit high but only cooperate can deal with that.
