Starbucks - Greenwood

Yolanda was very sweet. She made me a little brighter this morning.

Changed my rating from a five star to three because their service has declined incredibly over the last couple years. Staff are rude and unhelpful a lot of the time and items are out of stock almost every time I go there.

I got a mocha cookie crumble here. It was very good

Love the people and location. I get a customize drink for my husband and they never get it right. Other than that I love the place!

The parking lot is not designed well. I have a small car, and I had trouble leaving. If you park your car, you may not be able to leave because of the drive-thru line. Just a stressful experience. Why have parking spots if nobody can access them?My coffee also was very watered-down. It tasted like water with syrup. I don't see myself returning to this Starbucks.
