Starbucks - Greshamville

I was ordering and asked for something that has to be made from the blender. The baristas said that they weren’t turning on the blenders even though it was clearly before closing time. I was very unhappy.

I have had the most positive experience I’ve ever had while at a Starbucks or interaction with a staff member in general. A barista named Jen helped us and not only made our order perfectly, but was genuinely the sweetest person and made our experience and day!

I pulled out my phone to use my Starbucks app and I was told I can’t use it here to get my points since it is not a corporate store. I have never had this issue at the Target in Sun Prairie. Additionally, as I was paying for my order the girl at the front that took my order immidately took out her phone and sat scrolling while the line behind me waited for her to finally look up and see there was in fact a line. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for years- this was a poor experience. However drinks were made in a timely manner and tastes good.

Conveniently located within Target. It's now open again after recently undergoing some renovations, along with the rest of the store. Service has always been friendly and quick, I've never experienced a long wait in a cue here, but I don't treat myself to Starbucks too often and I rarely go at peak hours anyway. YMMV. This place closes before the main store, so if you really need something from here, make sure you can get it first before getting sidetracked trying to find the stuff Target no longer stocks, then held up in the only check-out they have open only to find Starbucks is closed by the time you eventually get to it. Also, you can get Starbucks gift cards here in pretty much any denomination you want, instead of being forced into choosing between the $50 or the 2-5 bundled $25 Target will try to upsell you with. They used to sell, and may still, Madison/WI-themed coffee mugs, for those folks you know who like to collect self-referential mugs from every place on Earth they visit. Do they still have that size that's 4x the size of an adult human bladder? I encourage (in such a way that disclaims any potential liability, obvi) someone adventurous to investigate and post the answer so we can all benefit from the knowledge. If there's a drawback, it's the price; that and their Star-rewards program isn't worth nearly as much diddly-squat as it used to be. Of course, those criticisms aren't unique to this location.

Wonderful and friendly staff here and a great place to kick up your feet and relax. Cozy atmosphere and love the remodeled look! Didn’t catch the name of the barista working today (9/26/22) but this person was had exceptional customer service very nice and polite, commented on my ring, made me feel welcome, liked, appreciated. As an ex retail manager myself, I could tell this person was a truest genuine person and hard worker. Those are hard to come by these days. I hope Starbucks gives this barista all the tools and support to excel to the highest levels that they can offer. Have a great day!
